Criminal Law Services in Türkiye for Turkish Citizens Living in Europe

We assist Turkish citizens living primarily in Switzerland, as well as in other European countries, with criminal investigations and court proceedings in Türkiye. Cases are handled by our legal team in Türkiye.

Our services include filing criminal complaints, reviewing investigation files, preparing statements and defence submissions, representing complainants and victims, defending suspects and accused persons, and pursuing appeals and other available legal remedies.

Where necessary, we can arrange in-person meetings with our clients in Switzerland. We also coordinate casework with cooperating law firms in Ankara, Istanbul and Izmir. For clients residing elsewhere in Europe, consultations and case planning can be conducted online.

We keep our clients regularly informed throughout every stage of the proceedings and, where legally possible, carry out the required steps under a power of attorney to minimise the need to travel to Türkiye.
